We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier, but most domestic orders arrive within 4-10 business days. International shipping times may vary. Orders that are confirmed as non-delivered and all address information and other details have been verified after 20 business days from the time the order shipped will be refunded or replaced without hesitation.
